Blanche Fischer Foundation earned Candid’s Platinum Seal of Transparency for 2026, reflecting our commitment to openness and accountability.  In 2026, Blanche was one of 36 operating foundations among 541 respondents to Candid’s Foundation Giving Forecast Survey, contributing the perspective of an Oregon foundation serving people with permanent physical disabilities to national research on giving and grant making.
