Self Help Books
We have on file a few self-help publications in which you may be interested.  They are:

Leveraging Loss--This is a first-person narrative about "how to" deal with grief and loss of self.  The loss of self is rarely acknowledged as a cause of depression and angst among people with disabilities.  If you feel at a loss or are just plain curious, please check it out.

The Household Safety and Emergency Preparedness Book (With BONUS Budget-Friendly Cookbook)--For anyone living on their own, this book is a (household safety) must-read.   Besides being packed full of "news you can use," there are recipes that have been tried and true for a "household of one on a budget."

Responsibility Rents--This is a booklet is written for our constantly moving population.  It includes tips on looking for housing, packing, moving, utility hook-ups and other handy tips for people on the move.
