AAPD/NOW Women with Disabilities & Allies ForumLinking Arms for Equality & Justice for AllThe Blanche Fischer Foundation made it possible for Oregonians Ulee Yanok and Lynnae Ruttledge to attend this first-of-its-type conference. Yanok, of Huntington, Oregon, is currently a member of the Oregon State Independent Living Council and Ruttledge, of Portland, is a longtime disabilities activist and a board member of Mobility International USA.
